About K2 Strength and Conditioning

.......Movement is medicine and the stronger you are, the better you move and the more active a life you are able to live.   

At K2, you’ll find programming that’s challenging.  But we’re not striving to push you beyond your comfort zone, and we’re not trying to put people into competitions. We are a fitness family supporting you every step of the way. After all, the stronger you are, the stronger we are. That’s just how this whole community thing works and how we achieve your fitness and wellness goals.

To educate and train our body and mind the way they are meant to move and function.  To follow the roots of nature in everything we do – sleep, eat, move, run, roll and react.  Through Movement, we can engage the entire body and mind to build functional strength along with lasting confidence. Members are empowered to progress in a challenging, non-discriminating environment.

Progressively Build Functional and specific strength by eliminating limitations through proper movement training by improving mobility, stability, balance, breathing and endurance taking clients to there next level of fitness and what's next (i.e. = Blank Slate)
