New members always get our ramp-up program where our coaches walk you through each exercise before you join the group training.  Each month we focus on a new goal with the end result be the same for everyone.  A stronger, healthier, Fitter Body.   You can register monthly or sign-up for a 3 month program which is guaranteed to get you in the best shape ever.  

           How you ask?  Our 3-phase program helps you completely transform your physique in just 12 weeks!
For Phase 1 (Weeks 1-4), you will focus on building lean muscle and increasing strength.
For Phase 2 (Weeks 5-8), you will focus on shedding body fat, increasing endurance.....while maintaining the lean muscle you gained during the first phase. 

For Phase 3 (weeks 9-12), you will focus on functional movements designed to increase your metabolic rate and help you live a stronger, more energetic lifestyle.

STEP 2: SHOW UP and WORK OUT

  • Unlimited Group Trainings:​......Take as many classes as you want or workout on your own with 24 hour access to K2...  Group meets most days at 5:30, 9 and 10:30 am as well as 6:30 pm; 8:15 on the weekends.  Train at your own pace under the supervision of our coaches. We will also provide you with DIY (Do-It-yourself) Workout Programs to be done on own time or at home.

  • Complete daily nutrition plan and guide for each phase of the program.  Daily feedback and behavior modifications are the keys to success
  • Healthy grocery shopping list with food exchange list so you can make your own substitutions
  • Supplement recommendations to help enhance and speed up your progress
  • ​Weekly Motivational & Inspirational Emails - You’ll get daily emails that will keep you motivated and on track with your goals.  
  • Pre and Post Boot-Camp Assessment including Body Fat and Measurement Assessments...weigh in weekly and the person who losses the most body fat wins a prize...2nd and 3rd prizes also!!!!!
