Fitness can empower you to participate in activities you love, manage stress, and make the biggest difference you can possibly make. That’s why we think it should be welcoming to everybody, not just a few. Our training style accommodates all fitness levels, and we welcome folks of all ages, body types, and genders.
However, YOU ARE UNIQUE! You may or may not fit into one of our signature programs (BootCamp, Small Group Training, Personal Training), therefore we will customize a program just for you.
We have come up with a few introduction programs so you can get to know our team and what we are all about. all programs allow you to work closely with our personal trainers while surrounded by a friendly, supportive community.
21 DAY FITNESS JUMPSTART: PROGRAM:
Education - 1st Session with a trainer to go over basic movement patterns and establish your goals.
Fitness – Unlimited small group training sessions for 3 weeks. Sessions are highly personalized, accessible to people of all different fitness levels and body types, and includes a lot of variety so you never get bored.
Support – Our trainers will check in with you throughout the Jump Start to make sure you’re on track, feeling great, and getting the most out of your workouts.
A Plan for the Future – What’s next? At the end of 21 days, we coach will review your progress and provide you with a plan for how to proceed now that the introductory program is over.

At K2, you’ll find programming that’s challenging. But we’re not striving to push you beyond your comfort zone, and we’re not trying to put people into competitions. We are a fitness family supporting you every step of the way. After all, the stronger you are, the stronger we are. That’s just how this whole community thing works and how we achieve your fitness and wellness goals.
